Stormwatch battles Heaven's Fist at the Eiffel Tower, in Paris. With Heaven's Fist intending to blow up the iconic landmark, Stormwatch is able to stop the explosion and defeat the Heaven's Fist as well. Unfortunately, the demise of Saladin, the leader of Heaven's Fist, allows the leader of the world's leading terrorist organization to go free. Stormwatch learns that Councilman Zvereva was behind the leader's dismissal and someone shoots him dead. Meanwhile, Winter is MIA with a former Stormwatch member named Scythe, a woman whom he has had previous relations with. They travel to find some UN troops and recount each other's history.
